Facilimate is a full service hotel operating and management company. Over recent years we have centralised Finance, Administration, Marketing, Revenue management and Operations oversight into our Nedlands office.

Our investments are driven by the desire to find hotels that we can get vacant possession of, we can run the hotel ourselves. Then through a refurbishment, new marketing, change management and centralising costs we are able to reposition the hotel and where appropriate re-brand to our Pacific label.
